So at 11dpo (day period due) I started with mild cramps thinking AF is going to show. 12dpo still no signs but still having cramps. I'd tested most days and all BFN's.10 dpo faint line, 11 dpo BFP! This our 10th cycle TTC and I have sore boobs, creamy CM, and I had cramps for 3 days in a row a few days ago. Totally getting my hopes up. As the first trimester went on I never really had many symptoms. I think the majority of people have no symptoms. Yes, when I was 22 - after a while vaguely realised I didn't seem to have had a period for a while, and was 7 weeks pregnant.
