This little biscuit is head down but slightly to the right of the cervix. So no dilation or anything going on. If things get going, just want to reassure you that babies can be just fine at 37 weeks :) my first was 37.2- 7 lb 9 oz and my second was 37.1- 7 lb 6 oz. they never had any breathing issues.If you have been measuring your uterus throughout your pregnancy, you may notice a few week-to-week changes at 37 weeks pregnant.
