The Air Force ROTC Scholarship Fitness Assessment is a 1 minute timed event for both pushups and sit-ups and a 1.5 mile run. The test is scored out of a possible 80 points. The 1.5 mile run is worth 75% of the test, with pushups and sit-ups both worth 12.5% each.
