During the February 3rd game update they broke this interaction and it stopped noting items at all.So it's either full void with salve (ei) or blessed with slayer helm. If you can afford a bgs I would take it to spec vork before killing. If you miss the spec, tele out and try again. Naw. Salve can't stack with slayer helm, but it can stack with void. Void and salve is always best for range at vorkath.
