Yeah I'd say make a simple argy trap and lure it in there. It'll bust through Stone eventually but I'm sure it'll take it a while. Use crossbows to land headshots. Easy peasy. Argy trap in its simplest form would be a dino gateframe on a 2x2 foundation with stone doorframes (no doors) or pillars on three sides, stacked 3 (4?) high, with 2x2 ceilings on top.
