According to me, and the official Ark wiki you can craft unstable element out of 1000x element dust. After a few minutes this ''spoils'' into normal element. You can not craft normal element using element dust. Maby your game is in a different language? Maby they messed it up in translation.I also use a stacking mod who's element is natively "cross ark" transferable. I am able to craft the unstable element in bulk at the crafter and once it spoils into normal element it works normally. So S+ is working normally in that regard from my side.
