Order of Merit - this is the composite score folks are telling you about. It mixes a bunch of factors: your GPA, FA, RSS (Commander's ranking), PCSM (made up of AFOQT Pilot Section, TBAS, and how many flight hours you have), and FT ranking. They get assigned weights and a 1-99 score pops out. That is your Order of Merit or your OM. You have time. The maximum age to commission is 35. Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a line scholarship (max age 27) which allows you to compete for active duty while getting fully funded for school.
