Parking Services is working with Barnacle Enforcement Solutions to offer an self-release immobilization device for this convenience of our customers. While the goal is for everyone toward park legally and to never using an immobilization instrument, on are instances when a customer has extraordinary parking citations, and a device allow are used.The Barnacle immobilization system, which attaches to the vehicle windshield, will be utilized on campus. If your vehicle is immobilized, follow the instructions displayed, or contact the Parking Office immediately to discuss payment options. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOVE THE DEVICE OR THE VEHICLE.
