One of the two highest scaling guns for Bloodtinge, Evelyn has the advantage due to using less ammo than the other competition. Its not pure arcane, but it 40arcance and 40 skill. works wonders. I still need to get a hold of better gems and im set. as for the second weapon, its the threaded cane. i prefer to use fast weapons imbued with arcane gems.
