It's very deflated. My two TPR tests were 516 & 519. I've seen people jump anywhere from 5-10 points from TPR to real thing.Practice questions, write down missed concepts on notebook, review on those topics, go back and do lot of questions. You need to know each topic inside and out and more importantly, be able to apply to something else. That's what the mcat is testing you on.
