Intake air horn torque is 45 inch-pounds; socket size is 7/16 inch. Intake manifold-to-cylinder head torque is 80 inch-pounds; socket size is a 3/8 inch. The torque sequence is more important than the torque. Follow the sequence in the manual and make three passes; each time going just a little bit tighter. I get the best feel with either an 8-inch ratchet, or an extra long combination wrench with two fingers pulling the wrench. And I usually use some oil on the bolt threads.
