The St. Rita Workforce Program is offered year-round at Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas. Program participants should expect to complete the program in 6-8 months. Some individuals may take up to two years to complete the program, while others complete the program in a shorter time frame. Completion is dependent on career path selection. Each family involved in Project Step Up has agreed to participate in basic financial literacy programming. Families and mentors will work together to incorporate sound financial practices into daily living.
