Dec 6, 2015 · I have a 2010 International with an ISM cummins. The truck is intermediately throwing a spn 641 fmi 7 code. This code leads to the vgt turbo actuator. Mechanic I took it to says to just replace the entire turbo at 3k plus labor. Says he hasn't had any luck replacing the actuator by itself and a new turbo comes with the actuator installed already.
