Mods that haven't been updated since around 2021 (or whenever Anniversary Edition was released) won't work with AE since it's a different version (1.6), SSE is 1.5.97. The latest version of SE is; 1.5.73, which is what you'll get D/Ling from steam. The SKSE64 for 1.5.73 is 2.0.15.
