Just use Windowed Fullscreen (i think thats the name), it makes windowed without windows bar showing. But, i dont recommend using it, u can lose huge amount of FPS using any type of windowed mode. I prefer just rolling Fullscreen Mode for better performace, even if my Alt+tabbing get slower.
