If you have access to compressed air , plug the tank vents and remove the return line at the engine, apply 15psi air to the TANK side of the line , if the system doesn't leak air too bad fuel should flow from the engine side of the return. I have a 2004 Freightshaker with a 12.7 EGR Detroit 60 Series with just over 800k Mi. For the last several weeks if I turn the truck off for several hours I will have to crank the engine over by holding the ignition key to the start position for about 2+ minutes before she'll start to slowly crank over but then she'll idle and drive just fine.My buddy bought a 14 liter 515 with an 18 speed and 4.10.
