I tried running the mission without the Cephalon's voice at the start, and I didn't found any Target. 3. You need to enter Ares (mission area) from the Quest tab. You need to scan all 4 dots to synthesize the target. The trick to doing this is utilizing kinetic syphon traps, also purchased from simaris at the console. Equip the syphon trap, and deploy it when near the target. The target will get suspended in the air, simply scan all 4 blue spots to synthesize the target and complete the mission.
