I would say invest your first 6 molars into +hp and +stam the upgrades are very good for very low cost. 1-2 molars for a nice chunk of stam/hp is too juicy to pass up, esp since max mutations wont actually help early on since you probably wont have multiple good mutations unlocked anyway.Milk Molar Bottle. Milton said he's doing the map in sections as some of the old ones have been moved I believe and he said next up is the western half of the lower yard, don't know when though. I recently finished exploring the whole map and am also missing one Mega Milk Molar. I have gone over the entire yard referencing the map and have collected them all.There’s only 29 total molars in the game right now. As they add onto the map, they will be adding more so that we can eventually upgrade everything completely. My advice is to max out your mutations first and then do everything else to your liking.
