Open the battery cover and pry out the metal pieces that touch the battery just a little to make sure they're connecting. Also, if you have it on manual brightness and have it turned down all the way it is very hard to see. But I'm sure you've probably already tried to turn it up. I agree with this guy.Possible to wipe off, or just try to concentrate on the one in the center. For hard use I'd suggest the HS512c as it's a closed system and immune to the issue of water or dirt getting on the emitter. ETA: I prefer the optic to be lower 1/3 cowitness.
