The Gateway Fast Travel Network spans across all seven planets. When a Gateway Chamber or Gateway Engine is activated the player may interact with the Odd Stone in the center. Clicking on any active node will teleport the player to that location, including the Gateway Portal over the sun. The core is important along with the surface structures you see scattered about. Getting them all working will help you get to the end of the game. Spoiler heavy: You need to activate at least one of the surface structures with power before you head down to the core. The core will be protected by a force field until you do.
