I know that power user, the perk that increases the amount of time that fusion cores last, also increases your fusion core ammunition for the Gatling lasers. So, I just add a power connector to the top of the fusion core processor and attach it to the junction box. This should cause it to start. You don't need to mess with the switch or the existing power connections.
