I have a 2016 F150 XLT FX4 with the 5.0 and I am experiencing the IWE noise that sounds like someone dropped a fork in the garbage disposal only during acceleration. It happens at various speeds and I am having a hard time diagnosing the real problem. I have replaced the check valve, solenoid and driver's side IWE. The actuator holds vacuum well and turning on/off the truck engages and disengages the IWE without issue it seems. The YouTube video below has the sound in it beginning at 0:10 and again at 0:45.
