Same problem with my 9mm EMP. I've sent it back to Springfield 3 times. First time it wouldn't extract and was getting doublefeeds. Then had a lot of problems with failure to go into battery with hollowpoints. Like you, most of mine would hang on the feed ramp. The FTF is more serious and more consistent 75% with Federal HST 147 +p loads, remington 124 gr +p and hornady 135 gr flex +p. FMJ rounds FTF about 30% of the time.
