Partial completion of Dragon Slayer 2. I got an elite clue step in Lithkren but I don't have all the requirements for DS2. I'm missing a couple of quests (dream mentor and tail of two cats), and smithing, mining and thieving levels. Can I start the quest and get to the island anyways?
