Sep 14, 2023 · The AHI module’s purpose is to regulate and control the amount of fuel that goes to the 7th injector during the DPF regeneration process. The AHI module has a low-pressure fuel and high-pressure fuel that is controlled by the internals of the AHI module. The Engine Management Unit or EECU control the AHI module. Unscrew the bolts and remove the old DEF Dosing Unit. Clean up the Dosing Unit mounting surface. Replace gasket if needed. Install the new Module. Tighten the fixing bolts with torque 10+- 1.5 Hm.
