I reproduce rusty or missing fender tags for 1962-1974 Dodge, Plymouth & Chrysler products, and am considered the acknowledged authority on the decoding of VIN, fender tag, and Broadcast Sheet Information for all Mopars. The V1X code says (unknown) and the first code on the second line the C16 code says (unknown top color). It’s a 1969 Dodge Dart GTS with a couple pretty odd options.The reason I ask is factory mopar dana 60's only came in 3.54 and 4.10 gear applications in these cars. The 8 3/4 that it cam with had lots of different gear available and by your tag it was a 3.91 gear 8 3/4" axle package car.This is a 1972 Base 2 door hardtop with a 440 HP. There was not supposted to be a HP in 1972 but this car was built at Lynch Road, special order. Has all the extras, chrome bumper, front disk brakes, Ralleye doors, Ralleye front end, Ralleye rear end, and full vinyl roof. Can not get build sheet but has original fender tag.
