You will have to keep your feet set to throw the ball to get an accurate pass.A couple things still exist in NCAA that sliders can't fix but you can make the game much better. For starters, put the tackling sliders for both HUM & CPU at 25 or below. It makes the game so much better. Another thing I discovered is the way changing the game speed affects the reality of NCAA Football 14. The game's default speed is super slow.
