The check eng light is on. obd2 reads code P 0038 And says HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1, Sensor 2). the heater is not working. How do I fix this? p0038 code. So I am getting a p0038 code on my csrt4. I know that it is an O2 sensor code on the up pipe. I changed out the O2 sensor thinking that would be the fix for it. That did not fix it at all.
