The builds used for the ultimate run are very specific due to its nature, and I would say not necessarily the most powerful if you play the game normally even on POTD difficulty. But generally the op classes all have regenerating resources. So Monk, Cipher, Chanter, and then the subclass bloodmage and tactician fighter. Here are some other things to consider: If you're really serious about optimizing your character's DPS then consider using Good weapon instead of fists. However, there's a good chance that another party member could make good use of that weapon (it doesn't have any synergy with monks).
