I don't have any experience with rom hacks and only limited experience with emulators in general. Using VBA on a PC for reference. If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

Synchronize is such a weird ability in regards to the extra nature changing utility effect. In some games it only works 50% of the time on affecting a Pokemon's default nature and against some Pokemon that does not work at all. Not works.
