Jul 28, 2017 · If you are well fed, bandaged, and you have a splint, it can take a couple of days real life time before you can properly walk on it. The game is realistic and hardcore. A real fractured leg will take months. For gameplay sake, it usually takes weeks or maybe a month. This may vary on from server to server though. You need to sew them shut with needle and thread. You could also just bandage them, but the bandage gets dirty immediately and takes a long time to heal because of infection. Although that's not necessarily a huge deal. When i broke both my elbows two or so years ago, eventhough they were just hairline fractures it still took a month to where i could use my arms again, and an extra 4 months for them to be fully healed. Fractures take longer than a week to fully heal. The external damage may heal sooner, but keep the effected part splinted (if possible) stay on top of the pain, rest/sleep as much as you can, and just hang in there.
