The AdMech guy passed away, so our rules are just kinda slapped together in a soulless-feeling way. I get the impression that they consider AdMech 'done' as far as expanding the army's style without having anything of substance. I do have to give props to the model designers though. Think in terms of roles, rather than classes. There are a few early skills that are really good for almost anybody. The first level of Dominus gives you +4 range. That's a 50% increase on the base range of most weapons, and it even works with flamethrowers!
