They do on radarr with the exact same setup and they work on sonarr when I don't manually import. In addition, I'm not downloading to my library folder.. Radarr does not currently support having files in the root level. That may be added in the future but isn't guaranteed. Bulk Import does not do file renaming and moving so isn't going to work wth your setup.
