The English and other humanities need more funding, they're falling apart at the seams. If you don't like partying there isn't much to do in Lubbock, but most of my professors have been great so far!I have been to the two universities of Ottawa previously. A real positive culture in Huntsville. It's a melting pot of people from rural, urban, suburban, and Louisiana! I appreciate being able to drop in and talk to my professors. As a freshmen a couple classes were large (50 people) but most were under 20. Reputation.My apartment was broken into twice within my first two years. Both times the cops took 40+ minutes to arrive and told me these crimes are the least of their worries.
