The revolter is a great shield. It’s just the projected roll is annoying if you’re constantly sliding because all the damage goes straight to your health if the bullet hits you instead of the projected shield. I mainly tend to use my FL4K for boss DPS, so there's not much sliding that needs to be done.I tried testing this, and other effects, with Iron Bear. -the new Re-volter shield's shock-enraged 200% bonus shock damage. -the Guardian 4N631's distance-based damage boost up to 500%. -The "300% bonus damage against enemies with 90% health or more" annointment on multiple weapons. MIRV-Tacular and Recurring are the best ones. -MIRV-Tacular: 1 grenade per throw → splits into 6 MIRV grenades = 6 Hex grenades. -Recurring: 2 grenades per throw → each splits into 3 MIRV grenades = 6 Hex grenades.

There are around 150 unique items in the Base Game - World Drop pool, so for farming a specific shield it's best to seek out its dedicated Loot Source. If you still want to test your luck, you should equip a Shlooter Artifact or All-in Shield to increase your Legendary World Drop Chances.
