We have yet to have any issues with our machines, but we'd like to help get to the bottom of it and see what, if anything, we can do to prevent it, besides basic driver errors. The dct are great I have the first year 2015 no problems at all. The 2017 are said to shift smoother with new shift points. Takes a few miles to break them in after that smother as butter. The low range comes in handy for plowing or going down steep hills the engine braking is the same as foot shift model. Remove the shift motor and gears (very simple to do). Remove all the factory stiff, gummy grease that was put in the shift gears. Now, replace all that grease with a liberal amount of ALL-temperature, White Lithium Grease. Reassemble, and your shifting will be better.
