I am flying Newark to Rome on a United flight (767-300) and I booked Economy plus exit row 22 K and L. Seat guru shows them in green as good seats with extra leg room but United airlines on the phone is telling me they have limited recline. Seat Guru shows only row 21 to have limited recline.
