I had tried making rows, but as it turns out the max range for flowers is 5 tiles. So I rearranged the hives to make it the most efficient way to get the flower bonus. Easier said than done. The same can be said for the different types of farms. but usually there's an effective layout.Taro and rice around river is a good shout as well. You'll probably just find plenty of banana tree saplings. I never bought a single one and my island farm has five plus another one in my greenhouse. Haven't encountered any saplings. But still, what I want to know is the IDEAL FARM LAYOUT here for my crops.
