Azumarill with BASE 50 attack is one of the strongest raw attackers in OU with that ability. Imagine an azumarill with mixed huge power, 350 speed, and base 80 in BOTH attacking stats. And it can actually eat a hit or two with 80 85 85 bulk.Aside from the Smeargle loophole, I think the widest are Mew and Mewtwo, Clefable and Clefairy, then Gallade, but really, best is pretty subjective, since you don't necessarily need a lot of moves to have a great movepool, you just need enough of the right ones to have a few solid sets.Meri Berry. Jul 2, 2023 · Late response but D tier in OU at least is a replacement for c-, so everything there is viable if you squint hard enough. Since there's no unviable OU in OU right now, the old D tier is gone for the moment. Oh thank you, I'll edit that, I do think it has merit on the VR beyond that. This Pokemon's Ground/Rock/Steel attacks do 1.3x in Sandstorm; immunity to it. If Sandstorm is active, this Pokemon's Speed is doubled; immunity to Sandstorm. As always, the goal of this resource is to rank Pokemon based on their effectiveness in the Battle Stadium Singles metagame. Basically all of them now work like blood moon and gigaton hammer, they cannot be used twice in a row except for when hit by encore. Trying to use it a second time with a choice item results in a struggle instead.
