Honestly, it's very hard to farm for. The drop rate is pretty low if it's not a nightfall. About 2 months ago I was "farming" for Does not Bow (same strike) and after killing Taniks 30 times, I still hadn't got any Does not Bow, or Cloak of Taniks.
