A more natural way to level Alteration fairly quickly is to just cast a flesh spell any time you enter combat. I'm somewhat familiar with the Telekinesis glitch to quickly max out Alteration, but my question is, how do you get 100% enchantments on all of your gear? Whenever I use the fortify alteration option at an enchanting table, I get 16% max with a Grand or Black soul gem, and 8% max with everything else.
