If you clear it, it will become a nest for raiders. perhaps it is just my console, but I swear the rate of sanctuary settlers get attack/kidnap increase drastically and 2/3 time it is the damn raiders in thicket excavations.Arrives at Thicket Excavations with Piper: "Goodness, that could hide a lot of Mirelurks."
