The Travelling Merchant appears on Fridays and Sundays to the left of Marley’s Farm, outside the entrance to the Forest. Each stingray fish pond requires 1 dragon tooth to increase the capacity from 5 to 10. And none of the fish ponds can produce dragon teeth unless the capacity is at 9 or 10.
