This is probably the worst red alongside Happiest Mask. None of the elite powers are even remotely useful. Your health becoming shield sucks (that goes without saying), leaving a trail of fire behind you is useless because you almost never want an enemy to be behind you as it is risky, healing allies does nothing on singleplayer unless you have minions/drones, ice elite powers is just worse ... I actively avoid Wake of Vultures because it's killed my runs twice now, simply because of that minor aspect.
