If you are doing only main quests throughout the story then you decide to do these side worlds it will still allow you to be leveled up enough throughout celestial and onward. Continue on your quest " Warriors Three" given to you by Freyda Warsong in Vestrilund, it will lead you to the quest "The Runedown" that will unlock more spell quests for you.
