Yes. After completing the Three Streets (Cyclops Lane, Trition Avenue and Firecat Alley) Merle Ambrose calls for help with a rising problem. He should have two quest for you. Do both of them. Note, Colossus Blvd is a side street and does not contribute to the main storyline, however the experience gained there is worth it.Make no mistake, the Mystic Colossus change for myth would be a nerf. I've seen the poll on the wizard101devs twitter page about making it essentially an open shot for less damage. And the poll seems to have went in favor of this.
