Friday, March 25th, 2022 9:10 PM Closed RDK-10000 3 days ago got a message on my secondary cable box. It basically said there was an error and to check the cable and restart the box RDK-10000. Followed instructions same issue. I later did troubleshooting on-line with the same error appearing.Nov 17, 2022 · Got a letter from Comcast offering FREE upgraded equipment.
