I wish the remote had a light-up button, and FF/REW/PAUSE buttons. The very helpful rep that talked me into Xumo as a cost saver + enhanced way of watching was not informed about the differences, particularly the negatives. Other apps on the Spectrum-provided Xumo work fine - but the Rep offered me to switch to promo with Choice/Xumo box, but would require deactivating cable card with no option to reactivate or get a new cablecard in the future. Love my tivo and know Spectrum's DVR is inferior, but had to make the switch. Reselling Tivo won't net me much as their resale values, even with lifetime, is going down.The Xumo box doesn't let me pause live TV or rewind back a half-hour to see what I missed. That option doesn't exist. And sure, Xumo has cloud DVR - but the interface sucks. I'd consider OTA ,but I'm in geographically prohibitive area.
